Of course we are happy to schedule new sales and advice appointments, but preferably via a video call. We can be reached via a large number of channels (for example Skype, FaceTime or WhatsApp Video) and when you contact our office, one of our colleagues will discuss which channel has your preference. If government measures are lifted, we will be happy to visit you again for an introductory meeting at the property.
As long as the seller agrees, scheduled appointments for viewings will remain in place. Of course, we will take the necessary measures during these viewings. For example, we welcome one viewer per viewing, we do not shake hands and we keep an appropriate distance. We also ask the viewer not to touch anything in the house.
Should the viewer or the seller prefer not to have a physical viewing, we can also provide a digital viewing in the form of a video or live video (via FaceTime or Whatsapp Video, for example). To arrange this you can contact our office.

We follow the developments surrounding the virus closely and comply with all prescribed measures by the government and the RIVM. We regularly wash our hands, keep an appropriate distance with colleagues and customers, our office is cleaned regularly and we offer our customers drinks in disposable cups to prevent contamination as much as possible.
